$42.90 - $66.50 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.

Position Type

This is an onsite role; no hybrid or remote option is available.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s is preferred.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Relevant certification as determined at position level.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • 3 years of experience in related clinical areas.
  • Certification in C‑EFM within 1 year of hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date.
  • BLS or CPR card must be valid through 60 days after hire.
Responsibilities
  • Provide top‑scope nursing practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
  • Apply a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff and/or UCHealth employees.
  • Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
  • Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
Women’s Care and Infants

Direct care units include Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery – Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICUA. WHONN’s and AACN’s practice standards and certifications—including RNC‑OB, C‑EFM, NRP, and CCRN—guide evidence‑based care models. Clinical Educators provide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
