Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Lakewood, CO is hiring PRN LPNs for 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am with strong availability. This facility provides 24-hour skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation and offers competitive pay in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities include delivering LPN nursing services in a skilled unit, supervising nurse assistants, and performing medication passes and treatments. A CO LPN license is required; prior post-acute or SNF experience is a plus.
