Truman Medical Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Lakewood Long Term Care. The role provides nursing care, administers medications, and supports CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care in alignment with care plans and regulations.
Three shifts per week (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) with a 36-hour weekly schedule. Minimum requirements include LPN license, BCLS, and LTC experience. UH Lakewood Medical Center location is indicated.
