Job Summary and Responsibilities

Eligible candidates may receive a $20,000 sign‑on bonus for RN experience and up to $8,000 relocation assistance based on location, subject to eligibility criteria. PRN positions are not eligible.

As an RN Clinical Coordinator, you'll support the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit. You will not serve as a supervisor or manager; instead act as a clinical nurse and resource to the staff, authorize work procedures and assign duties, shift charge.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating strong clinical judgment and ensuring high‑quality care delivery to each patient.
• Acting as a vital link between physicians and the patient care team to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintaining communication and promoting cooperation with unit staff and other departments.
• Providing input and recommendations to the director/manager on coaching, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Assuming responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Acting as a professional role model for all staff by demonstrating ethical, legal, and professional nursing.
• Promoting the optimal health, well‑being, and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Actively serving on unit as a registered nurse and may take patient assignments based on unit and patient needs and acuity.
• Being personally accountable for relationship‑based care, organizational mission, and core values.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required;
  Nursing Diploma or endorsement accepted.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates; preferred for experienced RNs.

• One year recent RN ED experience.
• Specialty‑specific nursing skills and knowledge base.

• RN license required; current state nursing license or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• BLS from AHA.
• ACLS from AHA.
• ENPC or PALS required.
• NIHSS required.
• NRP required.
• TNCC required.

• Medium work – exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, or up to 10 lbs constantly.

$37.31 – $66.91 per hour
