We are seeking a Staff Development Coordinator-RN to lead orientation and ongoing education for staff in a senior living community.
Responsibilities include- assessing learning needs and designing in-service and continuing education programs
- developing, implementing, and evaluating annual training plans
- creating tailored training for all roles
- collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care and policy adherence
The role also involves serving as the Infection Prevention/Control Coordinator
, designing systems to prevent, monitor, and report infections among residents and staff.
- a current unrestricted RN license
- preferred experience in long-term or geriatric care, with infection control training
- current CPR certification
