Role:
Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) supporting multiple hospital locations within a dynamic acute care environment.
Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize safety and quality, and model proficiency through precepting new staff. Support patients in specialty acute care units with moderate to high acuity, fostering a multidisciplinary team approach and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduation from an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting and commitment to continuous learning.
Key Duties:Support multiple hospital sites, deliver top-of-scope nursing care, contribute to patient safety and quality, and support clinical education and competency validation. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and professional growth.
