RN Virtual ICU; Onsite) Nights → Registered Nurse – ICU – Night Shift

Role Overview

This position involves providing high-level virtual ICU nursing care, monitoring patients remotely in collaboration with onsite clinical teams, and ensuring safety and quality of care. The nurse utilizes evidence-based practices, prioritizes patient wellness, and models proficiency through precepting.

Monitor patient conditions remotely, communicate algorithmic interventions to the care team, and support specialty education and competency validation. The role emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, safety, and quality improvement in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, and have 6 months ICU nursing experience or completed a fellowship. BLS and ACLS certifications are required and must be valid through sixty days of hire.
