Engage with clients through onsite and virtual meetings to align on project objectives and compliance outcomes. Interpret environmental legislation and regulations to assess impact on client activities and compliance pathways. Adapt to flexible working conditions, including hybrid, remote, or in-office arrangements, with occasional office meetings.

• Hold a BS in chemical, environmental or civil engineering, geology, environmental science, or another related field.
• Bring 4+ years of environmental consulting or industry experience in compliance or consulting roles.
• Demonstrate adeptness at conducting baseline water quality and dewatering sampling following Colorado and Wyoming guidelines.
• Independently research, review, and guide compliance with environmental regulations at federal, state, and local levels, including NPDES and discharge permitting.
• Apply experience with water sampling for groundwater and surface water in field programs.
• Multi-task, solve problems, and manage your own time while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Maintain strong safety awareness and apply safe work practices in the field and office.
• Use excellent writing skills and Microsoft Office suite proficiency to prepare technical documents and deliverables.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving history for regional travel.
• Support clients with Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) regulatory compliance activities.

• Experience with energy and carbon management regulatory programs such as ECMC.

This role operates under hybrid or flexible conditions with occasional onsite meetings in Lakewood. All positions are eligible for annual bonus opportunities.
