Bambei Brewing is looking for bartenders to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about craft beer and understand that guest experience and excellent customer service are of the highest importance. Must be able to handle a high-volume, fast-paced work environment, and have great social skills and ability to multi-task. Other qualifications include politeness, strong work ethic, punctuality, attentiveness, and desire to work as a team player.

• Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Pour beers, mix drinks and serve all beverages
• Restock, replenish and inventory of liquor and all bar supplies
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
• Answer questions about our beer, food, and other restaurant functions and services
• Assist guests with using our point-of-sale system (Arryved) to enter food and beverage orders
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
• Maintain clean service areas
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change, if they haven’t done this themselves
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor

• Has a passion and understanding of craft beer and its culture and can explain Bambei Beers
• Positive professional attitude
• Team player that can work effectively and calmly in a high pressured situation
• Strong multi tasking skills
• Must have previous point of sales, credit card cash handling experience
• Must have experience in restaurant or retail sales
• Must have problem solving abilities and be able to think quickly on your feet
• Must be able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs. safely and unassisted.
• TIPS or Serve Safe certified desired.

Job Type: Full or part-time

Pay: $12 per hour + tips
