From styling and dispensing high‑end eyewear to managing inventory and supporting merchandising, this position offers a strong foundation for long‑term growth in a field that blends healthcare, retail, fashion, and sports.

• Customer First Approach: Deliver exceptional service by creating personalized, engaging experiences for every customer. Act as a trusted advisor in selecting high‑end frames and lenses tailored to individual needs and styles.

• Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescription eyewear, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and lens verification. Educate customers on lens options, care instructions, and warranties.

• Inventory Management: Assist with the tracking, receiving, and restocking of eyewear and accessories. Maintain organized and up‑to‑date inventory systems.

• Cleaning and Merchandising: Ensure the showroom is immaculate, polished, and visually compelling at all times. Regularly clean and organize displays to highlight current trends and featured collections.

• Collaborate with opticians, lab technicians, and managers to support seamless in‑store operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Continuously learn about new products, optical technologies, and fashion trends to stay informed and confident in customer interactions.

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for eyewear fashion and trends
• Willingness to learn and grow in the optical industry
• Flexible schedule, including evening and weekends required

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time Year‑Round and Part‑Time Year Round

Schedule: Flexible schedule is required, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $20-$27/hour with commissions
