Compensation

$130,000 - $200,000 / Annually (Compensation will and can be based on performance and experience)

The Finance & Insurance Manager's primary responsibility is to manage the financial transaction of the vehicle buying experience for each customer. Work with lenders to obtain bank approvals, produce the financial paperwork, and advise the staff on DMV laws.

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial buying process
• Build rapport with customers to establish referrals
• Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers
• Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and funding
• Achieve monthly objectives
• Meet deadlines for turning in customer paperwork to lenders and accounting
• Handle customer money during vehicle transactions and turn money into accounting
• Adhere to local and national regulations and advise the sales team on changes to state laws
• Partner with service advisors to assist with purchasing extended warranties when needed
• Maintain customer relationships and reputation with lenders and vendors
• Provide proper finance and insurance menu presentations
• Assist sales professionals with customers regarding lending options and warranties
• Build relationships with banks and manufacturer representatives and meet with them monthly
• Demonstrate advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
• Detail oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker capable of finding solutions for customers
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Understanding of tag and title laws; DMV
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred
• Track record of impeccable customer service
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
