Target Total Comp: $75,000+ (Projected based on hitting company gross margin and personal booking & closing targets)
Base Compensation: $45,000 Guaranteed Base ($22.50/hr Fallback Rate) + Uncapped Performance Pay

As a local, family-owned, and veteran-operated company, we are looking for a Residential Account Executive to turn our existing estimates and customer base into revenue.
This is a high-focus role based in our Lakewood office. Your goal is simple:
Pick up the phone, follow up on warm leads (Rehash), and help our Operations team fill the schedule with high-value work.

- Safety Net: You start with a guaranteed base “fallback rate” of $22.50/hour ($45k/year).
- Performance Upside: Your real earning potential comes from a lucrative performance pay structure based on three clear metrics.
- Inbound Calls Booked
- New Home Visits Sold to existing customers
- Closing Field Estimates (Rehash)
- Target: A successful Account Executive is projected to earn $75,000 annually

- Only Warm Calling: You are working with “Warm Leads”—homeowners who have already received an estimate from us—and existing happy customers. Your job is to provide solutions, not just pitch products.

Reporting to the Director of Residential Sales, you are the engine that maximizes every opportunity we’ve already generated.
- Master the Rehash: Systematically follow up on open estimates created by our field technicians. You will overcome objections, clarify value, and close the deal.
- Mining for Gold: Call our existing customer base to offer service upgrades, new products (like whole house fans or insulation), and maintenance checks.
- Ops & Dispatch Support: You aren't just selling; you are solving logistical problems. You will work closely with Dispatch to identify gaps in the schedule and call customers to fill those slots, maximizing technician utilization.
- Rehash Revenue: Total dollar value of sold jobs from followed-up field estimates.
- Outbound Revenue: Total revenue generated from outbound calls to past customers.
- Company Gross Margin %: Incentivizes you to focus on scheduling optimization and selling high-margin work that keeps our technicians efficient.

You will be juggling call lists, CRM tasks, and the dispatch board. You need to be detail-oriented to keep it all straight. - Tech Savvy: You will be using a Headset, CRM, and Rehash tracking tools daily. Familiarity with Service Titan is a major advantage.
