We’re offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to experienced roofing sales professionals who close 10 sales within their first 60 days of employment.

- Represent Valor Roof and Solar with integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record in roofing sales (minimum 1 year required).
- Strong understanding of residential roofing systems and insurance restoration.
- Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle and a professional appearance (no facial tattoos or excessive piercings).
