Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4 PM

Looking for Commercial Maintenance Technician jobs in Lakewood where your technical skills keep equipment operating at its best? This opportunity allows you to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and help maintain the systems that keep production moving safely and efficiently.
Education Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Trade school, technical certification, or vocational training preferred
- Education in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction, landscaping, or related building trades is a plus
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- 2-5 years of commercial maintenance, building maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trades experience
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and building codes
- Proficiency using mobile devices, work order systems, and Microsoft Office
- Sewer line cleanout experience is a plus
- Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel locally between multiple customer sites daily
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and work in active maintenance environments
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and use hand and power tools
- Capable of working around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and elevated work areas
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial buildings and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general facility issues
- Complete inspections, work orders, service reports, and quality documentation using a tablet or smartphone
- Coordinate materials and supplies needed for assigned jobs
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Support safety initiatives, compliance training, and weekly safety meetings
- Assist with project estimates and recommend additional maintenance services as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner according to company standards and customer expectations.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
