What You'll Do
- Set up and remove ladders for city and county building inspectors to complete final roof inspections.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure inspections are completed on schedule.
- Assist with delivering roofing materials to job sites as needed.
- Help the Warehouse Manager with loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
- Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
- Support the production team with various field and warehouse tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
- Ability to safely handle and transport extension ladders.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
