. In this entry-level role, you will work directly within our residential transitional facility to help justice-involved adults successfully reenter the community.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Duties)- Monitor Facility Safety: Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.
- Track Resident Compliance: Log resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
- Enforce Accountability: Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.
- Maintain Records: Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
- Support Reentry: Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
- Mindset: Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
- Details: High attention to detail for precise legal and facility record-keeping.
- Background: Must pass a standard criminal background check
