Must have:
  • We require U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status, along with willingness to undergo security background checks.
  • We are looking for someone with a bachelors or graduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • We need strong experience with Java, SQL, and Git.
  • Experience with web servers such as IIS and application servers such as Tomcat, Web Sphere, or Web Logic is required.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure is required.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as Angular is preferred.
  • You should be able to participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups.
  • We are seeking a leader and problem solver who is comfortable with scripting and debugging.
  • You should demonstrate strong follow-through from concept through rollout.
  • We need to be committed to continuous integration and ongoing process refinement.
  • You must be able to collaborate effectively with teams and clients as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • We manage, document, and improve our software products and implementation processes.
  • We oversee software builds and releases, including design, development, scripting, installation procedures, and source code control.
  • We coordinate new version releases and create and run the scripts used in software creation.
  • We support and enhance tools for continuous build, automated testing, and release management.
  • We work across development, staging, and QA infrastructure environments.
  • We strengthen production‑like environments so integrated products remain reliable, observable, and maintainable for customer deployments.
  • We continually assess and improve CI/CD and test pipelines and related processes.
  • We partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using best practices and analytical thinking.
  • We work with technical leadership to turn roadmaps into achievable work.
  • We identify bottlenecks in the build process and help remove them.
  • We help delivery teams define code deployment strategies.
  • We communicate customer priorities in solution deployments to the product owner.
  • We remove obstacles and barriers on behalf of the team.
  • We innovate and introduce new processes or technology that add value, while weighing cost versus benefit.
  • We own the integrated product solution and align it with product management and customer expectations.
  • We guide new teams in adopting Agile, troubleshoot adoption challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • We lead impact assessments and technology selection decisions for build and release engineering strategy.
  • We troubleshoot and debug build issues quickly.
  • We facilitate and coach software engineering teams on requirements estimation and alternative sizing approaches.
  • We design, develop, and maintain tooling for cloud‑based CI/CD pipelines that can scale to thousands of concurrent builds and artifacts.
