Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and safety-minded Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our  this dual-function role, you will be responsible for loading materials in the warehouse, driving a 26-foot box truck to transport items safely to job sites, and unloading materials directly to clients or staging areas.

No Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required for this position, but you must possess a clean driving record and be comfortable operating medium-duty box trucks.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery:

• Safely operate a 26’ box truck to deliver materials, tools, and supplies to designated job sites on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluids, tire pressure, lights, and brakes) and report any maintenance needs.
• Navigate local routes efficiently using GPS or route sheets while obeying all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Warehouse & Heavy Material Handling:

• Manually load and unload heavy materials, construction supplies, or equipment onto/off the truck using proper lifting techniques, straps, lift-gates, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the warehouse to ensure correct quantities and items are loaded.
• Secure all freight properly inside the box truck using E-track straps, load bars, and blankets to prevent damage during transport.
• Assist with general warehouse duties during non-driving periods, including staging orders, receiving stock, and keeping work areas clean.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License & Record: Valid standard Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (no major moving violations or DUI convictions within the past [3-5] years).
• Driving Experience: Comfortable driving and maneuvering a 26’ box truck in various traffic and weather conditions. (Prior commercial or route driving experience preferred).
• Physical Demands:
• • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials weighing up to [50 / 75 / 100] lbs independently.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb in and out of a truck bed repeatedly, and stand for extended periods.
• Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills, high attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
