• Handle incoming/outgoing shipments and perform general warehouse work.
• Process, assign, and file incoming inventory into Record Center locations.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Observe safety procedures and report any issues.
• Perform all physical requirements without assistance.
• Travel between facilities when necessary.
• Mentor others as opportunities arise.
• Work on your feet all day; lift, load, and move boxes (25–40 lbs).

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including placing and retrieving items, preferably with bar‑coding experience.
• Proficient with an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shift.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move material.
• Lift up to 40 lbs; maneuver heavy pallets using manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Go up and down stairs to reach all floor levels of the facility’s storage areas.
• Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
