Shipping & Warehouse Specialist

Do you have a passion for outdoor sports and want to gain some experience working with one of the world’s largest backcountry brands? Weston is looking to expand our team for the 26/27 season with a couple of part-time shipping and warehouse pros.

We are looking for motivated individuals to support us seasonally from October – March, with potential for recurring seasonal employment. The ideal candidate will be patient, loves solving problems for customers, has worked packing shipments in a warehouse or similar situation, and can learn quickly and work independently.

Where Weston HQ in Lakewood, CO.

Duration October – March.

Part-Time 5–15 hours per week, depending on staffing needs. Hours may fluctuate during the season.

Schedule Shifts may fluctuate, but will generally be Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. MST. We can accommodate your availability within working hours to your other needs but once scheduled, they are firm.

Wage $20 per hour.

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs overhead unassisted.

Experience / Education None required. Ski/snowboard industry strongly preferred. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Driver’s License Required. Ability to move fleet vehicles and drop off packages.

Availability requirement: Holiday availability is not required and we can schedule shifts around your availability. If you plan on being out of town for longer than a few business days during the duration of the job, please do not apply.

You’ll get a Weston board to keep. Ride it, beat it up, and tell us what you learn — that feedback loop is part of the job.

Powder days are a real thing here. When it dumps, we ride — shifts get shuffled around the storm, not dropped on the floor. Just talk to us early.

• Order Fulfillment
  Independently fulfill orders in a timely manner.
• Shipments
  Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Inventory Management
  Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic tracking and audits.
• Warehouse Maintenance
  Ensure the warehouse area is organized, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Customer & Dealer Communication
  Proactively communicate with customers and dealers regarding shipping updates, tracking, and order modifications.
• Fleet & Logistics
  Assist in the movement of fleet vehicles and handle local package drop-offs as needed.

• Location
  Based in Denver metro or Front Range, Colorado.
• Knowledge
  Knowledge or experience with Weston boards/skis is a plus but not required.
• Experience
  1–2 years ski/snowboard industry or shop experience is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills
  Working knowledge of computers, spreadsheet programs, and inventory management programs is a plus but not required.

• Passion for winter sports
  An understanding of ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, and accessories is a huge plus.
