Senior Accountant

RAM Recruiting - Eminent Care Group, a growing skilled nursing operator with 7 facilities and expanding, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate finance team.

This is a key role within the organization responsible for overseeing financial reporting, supporting multi-facility operations, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements for multiple facilities
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support audits and regulatory financial reporting
• Monitor cash flow and intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with facility Administrators and corporate leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (healthcare or SNF experience)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with multi‑entity or multi‑location accounting preferred
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
