This role is critical to ensuring the back-end of the sales function runs seamlessly—allowing the Sales Manager to focus on revenue generation and closing deals.

You will be responsible for managing CRM integrity, coordinating internal communications, tracking deal progress, and ensuring no detail is overlooked. Key Responsibilities- Manage Hub Spot CRM updates
, maintaining pipeline hygiene and accurate deal tracking - Coordinate rollouts and cross-functional communication with operations, finance, and customer success teams
- Handle scheduling, demo coordination, follow-ups, and calendar management
- Track contracts, paperwork, key deadlines, and next steps to ensure smooth deal progression
- Prepare reports, summaries, and sales materials for internal and external use
- Monitor deal flow and ensure accurate documentation across systems
- Act as a second set of eyes
, proactively identifying gaps or missed details - Maintain strong internal communication to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
- Experience in sales support, sales administration, or executive support
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with Hub Spot, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple moving pieces
- Proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare tech, payroll, or HR software experience is a plus
