Corporate Onboarding & Operations Manager

Summary

A well-established, client administration services company is seeking a senior, operations-focused professional to own and elevate the onboarding and operational experience for mid-market and enterprise clients.

This role sits at the intersection of client onboarding, process design, and operational execution. It is ideal for someone who is polished, highly organized, and comfortable working with sophisticated corporate stakeholders. The focus is on execution, credibility, and building scalable processes as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary owner of onboarding for larger, more complex corporate clients
  • Lead client onboarding from post-sale through implementation, ensuring clarity, confidence, and operational readiness
  • Partner with sales during late-stage or pre-close calls to address operational, system, and functionality questions
  • Act as a trusted operational point of contact for corporate and enterprise clients
  • Build, refine, and document onboarding processes to support scale and consistency
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, account management, customer service, accounting)
  • Lead and support rollout of new systems, software platforms, and internal tools
  • Work directly with external software vendors during implementations and upgradesli>
  • Support development and refinement of SOPs, including alignment with outsourced operational teams
  • Contribute to broader operational initiatives beyond client onboarding, as needed
Requirements
  • Strong operational or process-driven background
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients in a professional, corporate setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior-level stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning complex workflows end-to-end
  • Self-directed and capable of operating independently with minimal oversight
  • Professional, polished communication style suitable for “corporate America” environments
