Here at Gateway, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual for our fast pace Lakewood based construction firm, to assist our COO with operations.
Gateway is a growing full service, nationwide, commercial general contracting and construction management firm. Over the course of the past nine years we have earned a reputation as a premier partner for projects in retail, commercial, hospitality, and multi-family.
Job DescriptionWhat will I be doing?
- Project Coordination
- Soliciting bids from trades
- RFI, RFP, Communicating with Architects and city officials
- Scheduling trades and inspections
- Right hand to the COO to assist with operations
What are we looking for?
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be a quick learner- we will train as needed
- Experience in the Construction industry is a plus but not a must
What do we offer?
- Full Time Position
- Salary: $22/ per hour
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
