Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

Location: New Jersey (Primarily North & Central)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a leading General Contractor with over 100 years of experience delivering some of New Jersey's largest and most complex construction projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead major ground-up developments across healthcare, institutional, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Current and upcoming projects include healthcare facilities, institutional buildings, parking structures, and industrial developments, with project values ranging from $100M to over $1B
.

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through to final completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working alongside Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and owners, you'll lead all aspects of project delivery while maintaining a strong on-site presence.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through handover.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordinate multiple trades throughout construction.
• Manage client, consultant, architect, and owner relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Lead project teams to successfully deliver complex, high-value construction projects.
• Work primarily from site offices and project trailers, providing hands‑on leadership throughout the build.

• Proven experience managing ground-up vertical construction projects for a General Contractor

• Experience delivering projects valued at $100M+ is highly desirable.
• Strong background in structural concrete and structural steel construction

• Experience managing projects from site preparation and foundations through structural completion, fit‑out, commissioning, and handover
  .
• Experience delivering projects within healthcare, higher education, institutional, industrial, commercial, or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work primarily on-site and move between projects as business needs require.
