Responsibilities
- Create project plans for reconstruction projects with financials for costs and profit margins.
- Recruit sub-contractors and ensure they have all required paperwork and insurance in compliance with laws.
- Work with sub-contractors on reconstruction projects.
- Celebrate completion of projects with a team of skilled tradespeople, homeowners, and your Paul Davis team members.
- Manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively.
- Spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.
- Prior construction project management experience required.
- Ability to use Excel and systems to build financial model for project.
- Ability to lead and develop sub-contractors and ensure they perform quality work.
- Sound planning and organizational skills.
