Operations

• Inspect properties prior to scheduled service in order to properly prepare a specific action plan for service
• Reviewing site plans with the construction manager
• Schedule a Pre-Con Meeting with all parties involved in a project - i.e. client, construction team, vendors, branch manager, etc.
• Coordinating all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work
• Ordering materials as needed and monitoring costs and deliveries
• Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
• Managing tools and equipment storage, operation, and maintenance;
  Safeguarding from theft and misuse
• Installation of required materials for site development
• Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors
• Requesting purchase orders and use in accordance with company guidelines
• Performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands
• Conducting job site inspections;
  Quality control
• Ensuring clients are satisfied

• Train staff to use Aspire Crew mobile, reviewing proper usage continuously.
• Review and approve employees’ hours in Aspire daily.
• Ensure crew is following in Gras's best practices and core values
• Be on-site to see the crew's arrival in the morning each day.
• Supervise staff throughout the day.

• Ensure the safety of all employees.
• Ensure all employees have the appropriate PPE.
• Train all employees in required safety procedures.
• Ensure crews adhere to all Gras safety policies and procedures and local, state, and federal safety regulations.
