• Perform in-office procedures such as ear tube placements, tonsillectomies, and sinus surgeries

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current with advances in the field of ENT and implement best practices in patient care

• Actively participate in community outreach and education programs to promote awareness of ENT health
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certification/eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Active state medical license
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of ENT conditions and treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and providing the highest quality of service
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in departmental initiatives
