- Develop, implement, and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system in line with legal requirements and company standards
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and implement measures to eliminate or reduce hazards and ensure safe working conditions
- Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance indicators (e.g., TRIR, LTIR, environmental metrics) to support continuous improvement
- Promote a strong safety and environmental culture through training, emergency preparedness planning, and oversight of contractor and supplier compliance

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Professional certifications or training in Quality + HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) are advantageous
- Practical experience in safety supervision, environmental compliance, or industrial risk management
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and risk assessment methodologies
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
