Foster McKay, located in New Jersey, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to play a crucial role in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will coordinate and prepare cash flow models, create reports for leadership, and mentor analysts. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years in financial planning, preferably in hospitality, along with strong financial modeling skills and experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or finance certifications are preferred. The role reports to the Director of FP&A and Treasury.
