Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Position Type: Part‑Time, Full‑Time

Shifts Available: Starting ASAP 3p-11p / 11p-7a (every other weekend required)

Hourly Rate: $26 per hour (weekly pay)

Benefits: Overtime at 1.5x hourly rate; consistent, ongoing agency assignment with scheduled hours

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to the nursing team.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Valid CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
• Empathetic and patient‑centered approach to care
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility to adapt to various resident needs
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or long‑term care setting is advantageous
