Office Associate / Case Manager – ABA Therapy (In-Office)

Imagination ABA Therapy is a growing, BCBA-owned ABA agency seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Associate / Case Manager to join our in-office team in Lakewood, NJ.

This is a full-time, fully in-office position.

This role manages client intakes, tracks authorizations, supports ongoing cases, and ensures smooth administrative operations. The Office Associate serves as a point of contact for families and clinical staff while maintaining accurate records in Central Reach.

• Manage new client inquiries and onboarding
• Coordinate assessments and service start dates
• Track authorizations and reauthorizations
• Support scheduling and communication between BCBAs and BTs
• Monitor compliance and required documentation

• Familiarity with Central Reach (required)
• Familiarity with ABA services and terminology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
