Pay Range: $40 - $45 hourly

Alphanumeric is hiring a Retail Insights/Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support a leading global consumer health manufacturer in Warren, NJ.

If you enjoy transforming retail sales data into meaningful business insights and have experience with NielsenIQ, Circana, Power BI, or Tableau

• Lead the transition of retail sales reporting from Circana to NielsenIQ Discover.
• Analyze existing Circana reports and recreate them within NielsenIQ Discover.
• Develop, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Query, extract, and analyze large datasets from multiple syndicated data sources.
• Create and maintain Excel-based reporting and analytical models.
• Partner with Marketing, Shopper Insights, and cross-functional business teams to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track key business metrics and perform analyses that drive strategic decision-making.

• Experience with NielsenIQ Discover (strongly preferred).
• Experience with Circana (IRI) retail sales data (highly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders.
