We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Digital Marketing Specialist to take full operational ownership of our inbound user funnels and website conversion architecture. In this role, you will be dedicated to analyzing digital user behavior, studying visitor drop-off points, diagnosing funnel friction, and engineering data-driven site enhancements that directly elevate our lead conversion rates. You will study visitor interaction across all digital channels, combining deep user-behavior analytics with conversion-focused design adjustments.

- User Behavior Analysis & CRO: Monitor and analyze daily website visitor interactions, drop-off points, page duration, and user paths utilizing heatmaps, session recordings, and web analytics tools.
- Website & Landing Page Optimization: Identify UX/UI friction points and implement continuous landing page, content, and CTA adjustments to improve conversion rates for inbound leads.
- Multi-Channel Funnel Alignment: Audit and align inbound traffic channels across organic search (SEO), Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, X (Twitter), and You Tube to ensure smooth lead routing and optimal conversion math.
- A/B & Multivariate Testing: Design, execute, and evaluate structured A/B tests on landing pages, site copy, form fields, and conversion paths to maximize lead capture.
- B2B Onboarding Optimization: Enhance initial digital touchpoints to create a seamless, sticky onboarding experience that encourages repeat customer orders.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Maintain ongoing reporting on conversion metrics, bounce rates, traffic quality, and ROI, presenting actionable data insights to executive leadership.
- Proven track record as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, Digital Marketing Strategist, or Growth Marketer focusing on funnel optimization.
- Expert proficiency with user-tracking software, Google Analytics, and modern landing page optimization tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing funnels across paid, organic, social, and video platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Search).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for conversion mathematics, user psychology, and performance data.
- Prior experience in B2B ecommerce or commercial wholesale distribution is preferred.
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.
