- 5 plus years of IT project management experience supporting application development and data integration initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage mid-sized to large IT projects.
- Experience with in commercial insurance or financial services environments preferred.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables.
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT systems and integration patterns.

- Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and proactively address project risks.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Bachelors degree B.A. B.S. degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred but not required.
- CPCU designation or advanced degree is a plus.
