Logistics & Operations CoordinatorType:

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate order fulfillment and shipment tracking
- Communicate with suppliers and warehouse partners internationally
- Ensure temperature-sensitive and lab equipment shipments are handled properly
- Monitor inventory levels and backorders
- Support documentation for institutional purchasing
- Work closely with sales and customer support teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Comfortable working with multiple vendors and tracking systems
- Ability to manage time-sensitive shipments
- Experience in scientific or medical supply logistics is a plus
