AboutThe Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Middlesex, NJ Pay: $
- Receiving Operations Supervise all inbound activities including unloading, inspection, and proper shelving of goods. Ensure accuracy of deliveries and compliance with quality standards.
- Team Supervision Lead and manage the inbound team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate closely with procurement, inventory, and sales teams to confirm delivery schedules, resolve receiving discrepancies, and communicate with suppliers and logistics providers as needed.
- Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in receiving processes and implement best practices to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and improve accuracy.
- Quality & Compliance Ensure all received products meet quality and safety requirements. Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of inbound shipments.
- University degree preferred (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, or business administration).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on inbound logistics or receiving.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.
