A growing pet supply company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale its online operations across multiple sales channels.
Responsibilities Include:- Manage and lead the ecommerce team
- Oversee product listings and marketplace optimization
- Supervise Amazon accounts and paid marketing initiatives
- Coordinate supply chain and inventory strategy
- Drive overall ecommerce growth, revenue, and profitability
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Strong ecommerce leadership experience
- Background managing Amazon and online marketplace accounts
- Experience overseeing paid marketing and performance campaigns
- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory operations
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Salary
: $175k - $220k/Year
