As
** Brand Manager, TUMS**, you will help accelerate the growth of the **#1 market share leader in heartburn relief**, shaping what’s next for one of Haleon’s most iconic brands.
You’ll lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in driving
** innovation, cultural relevance, and breakthrough consumer engagement**—unlocking new ways for TUMS to win with today’s consumers.
This role is built for a
** modern and experienced brand builder**—someone who moves fast, challenges conventions, and turns insight into action to fuel growth.
** What You’ll Do
**** Drive Growth Strategy
*** Serve as a key voice for TUMS in
** innovation development**, ensuring all initiatives are rooted in consumer insight and aligned to brand strategy
* Partner with the Brand Director on
** commercial planning and long-term growth strategy
*** Identify and unlock
** incremental growth opportunities
** across retail, eCommerce, and new distribution
* Lead performance tracking discipline, translating POS and panel data into
** clear actions and impact
**** Lead Breakthrough Execution
*** Own delivery of
** 360° marketing plans
** for priority innovation launches, driving strong in-market performance with agility
* Lead
** claims development and in-market superiority**, partnering closely with Innovation, Medical/Legal/Regulatory, and base business teams
* Champion
