Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking for a Part-Time RN Supervisor for our 11pm-7am every other weekend shift. Atlantic Coast has a dynamic nursing team and is looking for a strong RN leader to join an exciting group!
Job Description:
- RN Nurse will provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff including assignments
- RN nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols
- Monitor and maintain patient safety and quality of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members including doctors
- Provide support to patients and their families
- Manage new admissions and collaborate with doctors on plan of care
Requirements:
- Valid RN license.
- RN must have strong clinical assessments and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
