Registered Nurse Supervisor; RN

Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. We are looking for a strong, compassionate RN leader who is ready to make an impact in a supportive and team-driven environment. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff while ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care throughout the shift.

We are currently hiring for PT overnight shift, every other weekend.

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care.
• Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff.

• $48 per hour.

• 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/Long-Term Care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
