The RN Director, Operating Room will oversee a comprehensive Surgical Services program encompassing complex procedures across numerous specialties within a continually evolving perioperative environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director provides leadership for a perioperative division that includes the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, PACU, Endoscopy, Pre-Admission Testing, and Sterile Processing. This leader is accountable for strategic planning, quality improvement, patient safety, operational efficiency, financial stewardship, staffing, and regulatory readiness across DOH, The Joint Commission, AORN, and ASPAN standards. Candidates earning quick interviews possess a master's degree along with a minimum of five consecutive years of recent perioperative leadership experience demonstrating expertise in staffing, financial management, and performance improvement;

CNOR certification is preferred.
