Shift: Days
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year plus benefits (DOE)**
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional primary and specialty care services. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient-centered care, skilled in clinical assessment, and comfortable collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and preventative care
- Document all patient interactions in the EMR/EHR system
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult/Geriatric)
- Active NJ State NP License
- National Certification (AANP or ANCC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMR/EHR experience
- Bilingual in Spanish (a strong plus)
