We partner with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and LTAC hospitals nationwide to provide advanced, patient-centered care that reduces readmissions and improves outcomes.

We’re looking for passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to make a real impact through clinical innovation and compassionate care.

• Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds
• Perform debridements, infection control, and advanced treatment techniques
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure coordinated, effective care
• Travel weekly to multiple partner sites (4-6 assigned facilities) within designated territory

• Active New Jersey license
• Board Certification
• 1+ year of wound care experience desired
• Wound certifications (CWS, WCC, CWOCN) are a plus | reimbursement for WC certification
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel facilities within a 40-mile radius

• $145,000 Salary + Quarterly RVU Bonuses
