Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity in Lakewood, New Jersey
US Career Partners is pleased to recruit for this truly distinctive opportunity with a well-established, patient-centered OB/GYN practice in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is not a conventional advanced practice role — it is a chance to be part of a practice built around a philosophy that places the patient's experience, comfort, and choices at the absolute center of everything. The practice is connected to an affiliated birthing center that has earned a devoted following among the families it serves, though this position is based entirely within the outpatient OB/GYN office.
A Practice That Patients Love — and Providers Are Proud to Be Part Of. This practice has cultivated something rare: a warm, deeply personal clinical environment where expectant and established patients alike feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. Built on the principle that every patient deserves unhurried, comprehensive visits and genuine partnership in their healthcare decisions, this is a place where medicine is practiced with both expertise and heart.
Patients don't just come here for appointments — they trust this practice with some of the most significant moments of their lives.
A Model of Care That Sets the Standard. The practice operates on a physician-led, team-based model that blends the clinical rigor of a high-performance medical group with the compassion and empathy more commonly associated with midwifery-centered care. Obstetrical services include complete pregnancy care, in-house MFM-trained sonographers, in-house laboratory, fertility support, and childbirth education. The full spectrum of gynecological care is also offered — from routine annual care through menopause and complex gynecological conditions.
It is a comprehensive, beautifully integrated practice where advanced practice providers play a central and valued role.
Strong Compensation with Exceptional Loan Repayment. This position offers strong, competitive pay commensurate with experience, along with a substantial loan repayment benefit that represents a significant financial advantage — particularly meaningful for clinicians earlier in their career. A comprehensive benefits package is included, making the overall offering highly compelling at any career stage.
