Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking RN Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. We are looking for a strong, compassionate RN leader who is ready to make an impact in a supportive and team-driven environment. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff while ensuring high‑quality, safe, and patient-centered care throughout the shift.
Currently hiring PT overnight shift, every other weekends
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care
- Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff
- $48/hr
- 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience
- Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/ Long Term Care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
