Shift: Days
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 per year plus benefits (DOE)**

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional primary and specialty care services. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient-centered care, skilled in clinical assessment, and comfortable collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and preventative care
• Document all patient interactions in the EMR/EHR system

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult/Geriatric)
• Active NJ State NP License
• National Certification (AANP or ANCC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• EMR/EHR experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (a strong plus)
