Axzel Search is delighted to support a U.S.

-based flavor company with strong capabilities across sweet, beverage, health & wellness applications.

We are seeking a talented Flavorist to join their team and contribute to the creation of innovative flavor solutions across a range of formats.

• Create and develop flavors for a variety of applications, with a particular focus on sweet, beverage, and health & wellness categories
• Work closely with commercial, technical, and R&D teams to translate customer briefs into successful flavor solutions
• Conduct flavor trials, evaluations, and modifications to meet project objectives and product performance requirements
• Support customer presentations, internal tastings, and technical problem-solving as needed
• Stay informed on flavor trends, ingredient technologies, and market developments relevant to the business
• Contribute to collaborative product development projects from concept through commercialization

• Strong technical exposure across liquids and dry formats
• Bonus if you have experience in emulsions, reaction chemistry, and reaction flavors
• Flexibility on level, from early career through to more senior profiles
• SFC Certification is ideal but not essential, though the ability to help train newer flavorists would be a plus
