Senior Sales Enablement Manager

A company in the field of AI-powered commercial real estate planning is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager in New York. Help the sales team qualify better, close faster and maintain reliable pipeline data, while aligning Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.

• Rebuild onboarding for Account Executives and own playbooks for discovery, demos, objections, negotiation and competitive positioning.
• Identify why deals stall and address the coaching or process gaps behind them.
• Run call reviews using Gong, roleplays and individual deal coaching.
• Own Hub Spot data quality, pipeline stages, required fields and deal audits; fix workflows alongside Rev Ops.
• Help shape CRM structure and tooling around how salespeople and customer success managers work.
• Keep messaging consistent across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success through shared training and clear handoffs.
• Support customer escalation playbooks and account handoffs from leadership to customer success managers.

• 5-7 years in sales or go-to-market enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on CRM expertise covering data quality, workflows and pipeline configuration.
• Working knowledge of Gong or similar call-intelligence tools.
• Strong facilitation and one-to-one coaching skills, with the confidence to give useful, direct feedback.

Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, workplace or facilities-management software is an advantage, as is cross-functional enablement or exposure to renewals and expansion.
