Security Officer Part Time Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify identification and credentials, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related events;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel when appropriate;
Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns;
Complete required reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate relevant information during shift changes and/or with Allied Universal leadership
